This morning around 6:30 AM, there was an accident on Taurama Road, just past the PNG Defense Force (PNG-DF) barracks roundabout. Eyewitnesses mentioned that the driver might have been under the influence of alcohol. The vehicle reportedly hit some water on the side of the road, causing the driver to lose control.
