Kavieng Stadium in New Ireland province was packed this morning with people travelling in from all over the province to attend the memorial service for late Sir Julius Chan. The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a renewal of Gale wind warning for all Coastal Waters of Southern PNG -Indonesia border to Daru to Kiwai Islands, including Gulf of Papua and the Southwest of Coral Sea.
