The PM also thanked the people of New Ireland and the family of the Late Sir Julius Chan for allowing him to serve the country and the people. "Sir Julius, your country mourns your passing as you come to stay with us today," the PM concluded. Meantime, the casket of the Late Sir Julius Chan will depart parliament for the APEC VIP Terminal to fly back to his home in New Ireland province.
