In an interview with PNG HAUSBUNG, he said he was psyched about the nominations and hopes to win an award in the nominated categories. “I’m feeling psyched about the nominations.” “It’s motivating for me because this comes as recognition for me to make more music for my fans and listeners.” In this year’s Yumi FM PNG Musik Awards, He is nominated for Album of the Year for his Unlove Volume 3 EP album, Male Artist of the Year together with a nomination in the duo or group of the year category- the Minigulai band. “If you get nominated-whether you win an award or not, it still drives you to do better and release more songs for your listeners to enjoy.” He added that his Malolo Unlove tour around the country is still ongoing and that he has a show with Stagajah in the coming month. “Apart from the tour we have that is still going on, we have a lot of other big things for this year that is in the works.” Meanwhile up against him in the nominees for the Album of the year is Tonton Malele’s Maimai In.
