Petroleum Minister Jimmy Maladina is leading a delegation of senior officials from the Department of Petroleum and the State Negotiating Team to undertake feasibility assessments on production sharing agreement (PSA) arrangements in Malaysia and Indonesia. A final dividend of K1.21 per share was declared and is payable on 21 March 2025, which brings BSP Financial Group Limited’s (BSP) full year dividend for Financial Year 2024 to K1.66 per share, a 16% increase on FY24. The process, led by Tor Investment Management through a Receiver-led Scheme of Arrangement in Australia, will allow existing convertible noteholders to convert a portion of their debt into equity.
