Upon excelling into her new role as the Quality Control Manager for the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Elma emphasized her belief to be positive fulfilled her to face her challenges and carry out her duties in work, especially in a male dominant environment. Prior to participating in specialized training in Indonesia in Bottle Sensory and earning her Training of Trainers Certification.
