Coca Cola Europacific Partner (CCEP) Papua New Guinea (PNG) was pleased to welcome its third group of apprentices to the head office in Lae, Morobe Province.
CCEP PNG continues to invest in workforce development, welcoming its third group of apprentices to the Lae head office.
The candidates embarked on a four-year training program to become skilled Tradesmen.

Congratulations are in order for, Ifury Lenny (Apprentice Electrician), Brendon Nombon (Apprentice Mechanic), and Susie Tanikrey (Apprentice Electrician) who have commenced their yearlong training with CCEP before proceeding to sit assessments with the National Apprenticeship and Trade Testing Board (NATTB).
The three apprentices will complete a comprehensive training program with NATTB, after passing assessments.

CCEP PNG is committed to developing apprentices through both on-the-job and internal training, ensuring they excel and become competitive in their field.

Through CCEP PNG partnership with NATTB, it offers the trade upskilling in electrical, maintenance fitting and machining and refrigeration.
CCEP PNG established PNG’s first NATTB-certified Trade Test Centre in December 2024, in Lae, providing specialized training for refrigeration mechanics.
In December 2024, CCEP PNG launched the first NATTB certified Trade Test Centre in Lae that caters for all refrigeration mechanics.
Through hands-on training and structured programs, CCEP PNG demonstrates its commitment to workforce development by investing in people and enhancing technical skills in the manufacturing industry.
