PNG music artist Tarvin Toune walked away with three major awards at the 20th Yumi FM PNG Musik Awards.
Tarvin’s EP Come Back won the 2024 Album of the Year award, while his hit collaboration Panu Panu with Blunt and 4bloodz secured the 2025 Male Artist of the Year and 2025 International Artist of the Year awards.
Speaking with PNG Haus Bung after receiving the awards, an emotional Tarvin said the recognition was a rewarding moment following years of hard work and dedication to music.
“Working hard was always the goal, and feeling this satisfaction tonight is overwhelming,” he said.
“We are very excited to receive this award. All our hard work has paid off, and the satisfaction we feel is on another level.”
Tarvin also thanked his supporting partners and fellow artists for their collaboration and continued support, acknowledging their contribution towards the success of the award-winning projects.
The 20th Yumi FM PNG Musik Awards continues to celebrate and recognise outstanding achievements within Papua New Guinea’s music industry.
