“While I understand the reason behind the murder charges, what I do not understand is the delay for the psychiatrist to evaluate the suspect.” A heartbroken and visibly distraught mom of the two boys, Elsie Rentia told this newsroom today, while breaking down at the news that the suspect in her babies’ murder has been charged. It has been 10 days since the horrific double murder of 5-year-old Shane Benjamin and 2-year-old Ethan Benjamin by their father at Morata 1 on Tuesday 27th of April 2021.
