Current CPL Group and CPL Foundation director, Stephanie Copus-Campbell has recently been appointed as Ambassador for Gender Equality for Australia, an appointment, made by the Australian Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade.
This role serves to deepen Australia’s international engagement on gender equality with her expertise
in community development, gender equality and health.
She will advocate the importance of women’s human rights, ending gender-based violence, women’s economic empowerment, and the leadership of women and girls.
Ms Copus-Campbell currently serves as a board director, both with the CPL Group, and the CPL
Foundation.
Stephanie also serves as director for other public and private enterprise in PNG.
She has been involved in multiple programs in PNG over the years focused on health, leadership, education,
and women’s empowerment and protection.

next Ambassador for Gender Equality.
