Digicel PNGs TVWAN was awarded the exclusive naming and branding rights by the PNG Fashion & Design Week Limited to their first ever virtual runway show for 2021 recently.
Upon signing the agreement, Digicel’s Vice president and Chief Sales Officer Ms. Lorna McPherson said Digicel is very excited to support this initiative and fundamentally to support Papua New Guineans talents at the community level.
“In this agreement signing Digicel TV agrees to provide a 60 minute airtime to broadcast the Virtual Runway Fashion Show 2021 next month”, said McPherson.
PNG Fashion & Design Week Founder and Director, Mrs Janet Sios congratulated Digicel PNG to come on board as their major sponsor.
She said that this value has passed the sponsorship category of K 50,000 to earn the exclusive rights to naming in branding of PNGFDW’s Virtual Runway 2021.
“The estimate value of this partnership is between K70, 000 – K100, 000,” McPherson said.
Roll-on of the PNGFDW’s pre-marketing materials including trailers, posters, captions, photos, videos and information will be advertised before the actual viewing on social media, thru a SMS blast and television before the actual event.
