The Nadzab Airport in Lae Morobe Province has received a new Rosenbauer Panther Fire Truck to strengthen the Airport’s Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) capabilities. The new fire truck was procured as part of the Nadzab Airport Redevelopment Project (NARP) which is funded by the PNG Government through the JICA ODA Loan. ARFF is an important service provided by the National Airports Corporation at major airports including Nadzab. A New York state Supreme Court ordered all New York City employees who were fired for not being vaccinated to be reinstated with back pay.
