On Monday 28 February 2022, the EU Delegation to PNG signed an agreement with St John Ambulance which renew the EU’s engagement of St John as the primary domestic emergency medical evacuation and retrieval service for its delegates. St John will also assist EU delegates with home medical services to help them access health care when it’s urgent, but not an emergency. A grade 8 student, 15 years old, was hacked to death by his step father over the weekend at Kuriva in Central Province.
