Four suspects were arrested and charged for the wilful murder of a 45-year-old female from Kaulenge village, Imbonggu district in the Southern Highlands Province. The Australian High Commission has committed K7.1 million (AUD2.7 million) in new funding over three years to deliver a biosecurity capacity building project within the Papua New Guinea National Agriculture and Quarantine Inspection Authority (NAQIA), strengthening the PNG-Australia agriculture partnership.
