Police in Manus Province have kick started their pre-election operations this week with the awareness drive conducted at main Lorengau town market. More than 900 civilian bodies have been discovered in the region surrounding the Ukrainian capital following the withdrawal of Russian forces — most of them fatally shot, police said. The number of dead is double that announced by Ukrainian authorities almost two weeks ago. Athletics PNG have named a strong team of 23 male and 14 female athletes for the Pacific Mini Games in June with two managers and six coaches to accompany the team to Saipan.
