Police Commissioner David Manning has condemned the recent sorcery related violence and killings in the Enga province in relation to the death of Enga businessman Jacob Luke of Mapai Transport. Nine women were rounded up and tortured over the death of the Engan businessman. Police in Enga intervened when news of the torture reached Wabag town.
