The Port Moresby General Hospital (PMGH) has taken a significant step forward in improving maternal care with the purchase of 101 new beds, which consists of 25 electric delivery beds and 76 standard hospital beds. This investment was made possible through CPL and marks a notable advancement in the hospital’s efforts to provide quality care for mothers and newborns. The Department of Education recently hosted the Provincial Education Advisors (PEA) Consultation Conference, a pivotal event in the lead up to the Regional Public Consultations for the Papua New Guinea Education Transformation Vision 2075 (PNGETV 2075). Team PNG’s Taekwondo team of two athletes arrived safely yesterday afternoon Wednesday, 14th August, at the Jacksons International Airport after representing the country at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
