Port Moresby candidate Michael Kandiu has signed his nomination this afternoon marking the start of his campaign to run for the NCD Regional seat . Kandiu and his supporters turned up this afternoon at the Sir John Guise stadium to sign the nomination for along with the Returning Officer.
