Hailing from the Morobe and Hela province, Elma is a working mum sharing two beautiful children with her husband Tom Tiki.
Elma’s career progress demonstrates that with the right mindset, anything is possible.
Mrs. Tiki possesses a firm academic background in scientific research and quality control when she joined CCEP in April 14th, 2017.
She graduated in 2013 from the University of Technology with a Degree for Bachelor Science in Food Science and Technology. Later pursuing a career as a Laboratory Technician at the institute of Medical Research in Goroka.
Elma Reflected on journey stating, “My education and early experiences equipped me with the skills necessary for a career in quality management.”
“Moving from medical research to a global beverage company allowed me to apply my knowledge in new and exciting ways.”
One of the milestone’s during her progressive career at CCEP was her promotion to Quality Control Manager for the Port Moresby plant, making impact on the company’s operations and quality standards.
Also having the opportunity to travel to Indonesia for specialised training in Bottle Sensory, earning her Training of Trainers Certification.
The experience broadened her understanding of quality and food safety management systems and increase her technical skills in the beverage industry.
