Security has been heightened with heavy police presence at entry points into the parliament house precinct this morning as the house prepares to convene at 10am today.
The Supreme Court ordered that parliament be recalled in its decision last week. Meanwhile the government has filed an application to stay the high courts decision to recall sitting.
