TISA has announced that Mr John Simango has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer for the TISA Foundation, reporting to the Group CEO for TISA.
Mr Simango has joined TISA from his previous post as Executive Director for Grow PNG which is a non-profit organisation that supports and progresses inclusive and sustainable agricultural programs for rural communities in Markham, Morobe Province.
He has over 16 years of extensive experience in building and leading development programs with emphasis on sustainability, community empowerment and strong community partnerships.
Mr Simango has held senior roles working across multiple sectors with various development partners in PNG and the region.
Mr Simango stated that he is honoured to be join TISA and he is excited about the opportunity to work closely with the TISA Board to nurture, lead and grow the Foundation.
Group CEO for TISA, Michael Koisen said he was thrilled to welcome someone of Mr Simango’s experience and calibre to the TISA Foundation.

The Foundation is a new entity setup by TISA Group to drive its social responsibility commitments and initiatives around leadership programs for Papua New Guinean leaders and financial literacy trainings for our communities.
