Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Quality Control Manager Mrs. Elma Tiki embraced opportunities and challenges with upon journey with CCEP.
Partaking in several CCEP development programs Mrs. Tiki applauds and embraces the opportunities and its challenges as it stretched her capability in Quality Control Management.
Upon excelling into her new role as the Quality Control Manager for the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Elma emphasized her belief to be positive fulfilled her to face her challenges and carry out her duties in work, especially in a male dominant environment.
“It’s challenging, but I firmly believe that anything is possible with determination and self-awareness. Understanding myself and others around me has been key to navigating this space,” she explains.
Prior to participating in specialized training in Indonesia in Bottle Sensory and earning her Training of Trainers Certification.
She was also part of a six-month women executive leadership middle managers training, facilitated by CCEP’s Executive Global team dedicate to foster the growth and advancement of women within the company.
Elma mentioned that it has been a priceless experience in aiding her professional development.
She appreciates these initiatives and emphasizing that her motivation comer from a sense of passion and purpose.
