Yangoru-Saussia MP and Minister for International Trade and Investment, Richard Maru has announced that the application for Yangoru-Saussia District School Fee Subsidy Scheme will close next week.
Minister Maru in a recent statement clearly stated that applications for all students who want to benefit from the Yangoru-Saussia District School Fee Subsidy Scheme will close on February 15th, 2025.
Minister Maru announced that all qualified applicants must submit their completed forms, signed by their LLG Presidents and hand them to the District Office by February 15th. This applies to students accepted into tertiary institutions in Papua New Guinea and India, with full school fees covered for those accepted into Indian universities.
“The Yangoru-Saussia District Development Authority is expected to invest up to K1 million to support our students with our school fee subsidy in the 2025 Academic Year,” added Minister Maru.
The announcement must be acknowledged as an informative notice respectively to students from Yangoru-Saussia district who have applied for the school fee Subsidy Scheme of 2025.
