The Papua New Guinea (PNG) Tourism Promotion Authority (TPA) recently awarded Ms. Marissa Siwa with its Award for Academic Excellence at the Divine Word University’s graduation ceremony on Friday 8th March in Madang.
The Tourism and Hospitality graduate achieved the highest cumulative GPA among her cohorts, earning her this distinguished accolade from TPA.
The TPA award is a prestigious recognition given to graduating Tourism and Hospitality Department students who excel academically. Marissa’s outstanding performance earned her a commemorative plaque, a mobile phone, and a K2, 000 cash prize.
During the graduation ceremony, Ingrid Kuman, Acting Chief Executive Officer at TPA, presented the award to Marissa Siwa and praised her dedication and hard work, as evidenced by her outstanding academic achievements.
