The Miss Pacific Island Pageant today launched a partnership with Hannah’s Beauty Box, a locally owned and operated make up saloon here in the nation’s capital, to be the official make-up and hair stylist for the Palmolive Runway this weekend.
Present at the launching was Ms. Molly O’Rourke, the chairperson of the MPIP, founder of Hannah’s Beauty Box, Ms. Anna Nawara and members of the modelling fraternity.
Ms. O’Rourke stated that they were delighted with the new partnership and also recognized that hair and make-up is a key component in any fashion runway.
“On behalf of the MPIP Committee, I wish to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Hannah’s Beauty Box,” she said.
Emphasizing that the Hannah’s Beauty Box is 100% locally owned and operated and was delighted for the partnership and is looking forward to working closely with them.
Ms. Nawara shared that when Hannah’s beauty box was invited to come on board, this was seen as great opportunity not just for the company but as exposure for their staff.
