The week-long Moresby South Motu Koitabu Junior Netball Competition winded down this afternoon at the South Side Fitness Centre, with teams vying for the top 4 spots in the competition.

It was indeed a nailbiting finals series however there could only be one winner which was Kirakira who beat Korobosea 2 13-12.

Coming in 3rd was Korobosea 1 who outplayed Taurama-Pari 18-9.

Tournament Manager Ms Asi Mou said the competition was good exposure for the u18 girls who took part, adding there were a few girls who stood out and showed promising talent for the national train on squad.
