Historic news for PNG and Oceania as a whole as PNG’s top female weightlifter Dika Toua is inducted in the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) Hall of Fame.
Toua who alongside younger sibling Thelma competed in the 49kg in the Mini Pacific Games in Northern Marianas and went on to win three gold medals for Team PNG in the 49kg event.
What a special day for our golden girl!
