Papua New Guinea’s (PNG) popular commercial business, CPL Group of Companies successful concluded a Sales Business Agreement (SBA), handing over all Stop & Shop Divisions operation’s to Taylor Pacific Limited effective on August 11th 2025.
The SBA operation aligns with CPL Group’s broader business review and realignment strategy, with a renewed focus on its core mission: delivering affordable, accessible healthcare to the people of Papua New Guinea.
