Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Papua New Guinea (CCEP PNG) is excited to announce the successful induction of eight new graduates into its Graduate Program. The induction took place at the Head Office in Lae city last month, and the graduates have now begun their on-the-job training in Sales and Marketing. Over the next 18 months, the graduates will rotate through various roles in Sales, Marketing, Corporate, and Supply Chain functions to gain valuable experience across multiple areas of the business. Tim Solly, Sales and Commercials Director at CCEP PNG, congratulated the new graduates, stating, “At CCEP, developing talent is central to our long-term strategy. We are thrilled to welcome these eight graduates into the program. Our goal is to accelerate their career growth, equipping them with the necessary skills, leadership experience, and a strong professional network to thrive in their careers.” The 2025 graduate cohorts are Hannah Kusunan, Yaldie Dua, Geoffery Nongon, Jane Panau, Maylyn Anegi, Geraldine Tapili, Lyandi Kalyo, and Oliver Woyengu. This marks the fourth cohort to join the program since its launch in 2019. CCEP PNG continues to build its reputation as an employer of choice by offering meaningful career opportunities and growth pathways for young talent in Papua New Guinea.
