BSP Financial Group has enhanced its reconciliation system through a partnership with SmartStream Technologies, bringing faster, more accurate transaction processing to its over two million customers across Papua New Guinea and the Pacific.
The upgrade is a major step in BSP’s digital transformation, streamlining workflows, improving financial oversight, and reducing dispute resolution times.
The new system includes SmartStream’s Affinity module — an AI-driven tool that uses observational learning to automate and optimise decision-making.
