Air Niugini’s Boeing 737 aircraft operated to Kavieng airport for the first time on Thursday 03rd November, coinciding with the opening of the new Kavieng terminal building.
It will soon be a regular sight for the people of New Ireland once the B737 commences on its regular schedule.
The new Kavieng terminal facility was officially opened by Prime Minister James Marape, witnessed by local MPs and dignitaries including CEOs of State Owned Enterprises and the people of New Ireland.
