The Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League (PNGRFL) has advised all league affiliates throughout the country that no games will commence until approval is sought from the Office of the Pandemic Controller. Police Commissioner and Controller of the PNG COVID-19 National Pandemic Response David Manning this week removed the requirement to test for COVID-19 for domestic air travel within the country. Mr Manning issued Measure No. 13 – Amendment Measure to No 3 Domestic Travel Measure which revoked Paragraph 2.b and 2.c of Measure No. 3 on Domestic Travel. The amendment takes effect today, Thursday May 27, 2021.
