Commissioner of Police David Manning contacted former PNG Power Ltd (PPL) Chairman Peter Nupiri and requested that he make himself available for interview regarding charges laid against former PNG Power Managing Director Carolyn Blacklock. Blacklock was arrested and charged by Police on Monday, 30 August 2021.
