Queen Elizabeth II, the UK’s longest-serving monarch, has died at Balmoral aged 96, after reigning for 70 years. Knights star Kalyn Ponga has officially withdrawn from potential selection for the Australian Kangaroos ahead of the rescheduled 2021 World Cup starting next month in England.
