Recent attendees of the Saint John Ambulance (SJA) Basic emergency first aid training course have expressed much satisfaction with the outcome of the training. Sil Namora, a third-year Political Science student, and Geita Taviri, a fourth-year Biological Science student studying at the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG), were both among recent attendees of this vital lifesaving training. A total of 40 young and vibrant youth leaders from the Bougainville Youth Federation (BYF) in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, will be attending a forthcoming Civic Engagement Camp as part of this year’s International Youth Day celebrations.
