Treasurer Ian Ling-Stuckey along with Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science, Technology & Sport, Don Polye, following a virtual meeting have addressed the outstanding TESAS (Tertiary Education Student Assistance Scheme) allocations for all Higher Education Institutions for semester two of the current academic year. The 2023 Rookie 7s Tournament kicked off this week in Port Moresby. The tournament started today with the Under 20s matches.
