Although still a start-up organization, the Independent Commission against Corruption [ICAC] Commissioner, Andrew Forbes is confident and optimistic that the organization will be partly operational before the end of the year and fully operational by the start of 2024. A man has been detained here in the capital on Tuesday following an attempt to transport 300 5.56mm live bullets (used in M16 assault rifles) to Mt. Hagen, Western Highlands.
