Counting in Chimbu Province commenced on Saturday but not without its share of dilemma. NCD Candidates today marched to the regional counting centre here in the Nation’s Capital demanding an explanation from the NCD Election Manager as to why miscellaneous ballot papers were found under one of the tents located at the Rita Flynn Counting Centre. An undisclosed number of boxes and ballot papers were allegedly discovered, leading to the candidates questioning the integrity of the counting process and demanding an explanation.
