An off-duty police officer on Monday brutally damaged an automated teller machine (ATM) from frustration of exceeding the standard three attempts of extracting money. The ATM is stationed in Rainbow Stop n Shop and currently out of order, unable for users to use. The off-duty officer was intoxicated and was travelling with three relatives including his wife at the time of the incident.
