The Kina Bank Management from all levels of leadership take immense pride in the empowerment of gender diversity in the workforce such as the technology field that has been male dominant.
Kina Bank CEO and Managing Director, Ivan Vidovich, acknowledged the significant contributions of the women who comprise 54% of the workforce. He emphasized the ongoing efforts to improve policies, benefits, and support services to promote equity and diversity, creating an environment where all employees can thrive and contribute to the bank’s success and inclusive culture.
“We also recognize the dual responsibilities many of our women carry, balancing their professional roles with the demands of home life and the unique challenges these expectations bring. There is still work to be done, and Kina Bank remains deeply committed to listening, addressing these challenges, and continuously improving our workplace. Together, we aim to make a meaningful difference not only within our organization but also in the communities we serve,” he added.
