Kennedy Group of Companies (KGC) displays warm support to the Tubuseria Primary School with K30,000 and 62 bags of Rice towards their fundraiser aimed at constructing a six-in-one classroom.
The joyous occasion was witnessed by the Tubuseria Village in Central Province as the KGC stepped forward to support Tubuseria Primary School’s major fundraising event.
During the event, KGC representatives of KCK Rigo Rice Cup CEO Mr. McSteve Polly emphasized the importance of education as a pillar of community development, reinforcing their commitment to educational growth.
“Education is the foundation of a strong community.”
“When you educate a child, you uplift an entire village,” he stated.
The donation included K5,000 from the KCK Rigo Rice Cup, another K5,000 from Rigo Rice, and a generous K20,000 contribution from North Lakes Estate.
The 62 bags of Rigo Rice were given to the school to sell, with all proceeds directly supporting the school’s development.
Beyond education, Mr. Polly also highlighted the role of sports in shaping young minds.
“Our commitment doesn’t stop here.”
“We encourage young people to not only pursue education but also explore their talents in sports,” a representative shared, referencing the KCK Rigo Rice Cup, a national rugby competition backed by the company.
The event concluded with expressions of gratitude from the school’s leadership, students, and the local community.
Tubuseria Primary School’s board chairman and headmaster extended their heartfelt appreciation to KGC, acknowledging their invaluable contribution to the school’s future.
With such support, Tubuseria Primary School moves one step closer to achieving its vision of providing quality education in a well-equipped learning environment.
