The highly anticipated KCK Rigo Rice Cup (RRC) Tournament, KCK RRC Leg-1 kicked off in thrilling fashion on Saturday December 7 at Bava Park-Field 2.
Despite the late and postponed dates of KCK RRC, Saturday’s action came with three intense and exciting matches unfolding at Bava Park, showcasing the teams’ rigorous preparations and passion for the rugby league.
In Game 1, the D8 Mosquitoes edged out City Taubadas in a nail-biting encounter, winning 14-12.
Game 2 witnessed Tare Nation dominate Nenao Hurricanes in a commanding 32-0 victory, asserting their strength as early favourites.
However, game 3 concluded with a fiercely contested match between Pom Menjails and Pom City Watch, ending in an 18-18 draw, leaving fans eager to see how these teams will fare in future rounds.
This tournament not only marks the beginning of an exciting new rugby league season but also highlights the commitment and loyalty of the KCK RRC Management and participating teams.
Meanwhile, registration is still open until January 30, 2025, to encourage more teams to join the competition’s subsequent legs.
