The Digicel ExxonMobil Round 7 between Rabaul Agmark Gurias and the PRK Gulf Isou saw the Agmark Gurias destroy the Gulf Isou 38-0.
The Rabaul Gurias dominated the first half and second half with multiple tries and successful conversions.
The first half in the 27th minute saw the Gurias Hooker Jeremiah Dickson put his name in the score board scoring a try following a successful conversion by former SP Hunters and PNG Kumuls Half Back and current Gurias Half Back Ase Boas.
This only scratched the surface of tries, as the left side centre Dominic Anis Junior score the second try in remaining 4 minutes of the first half into half time, following an unsuccessful conversion by Boas.
This brought the Gurias to lead first half 10-0. Following the half time, the second half brought a surprising performance by Gurias interchange forward prop Justin Andrew scoring 30 seconds into the first half after a drop ball by the Gulf Isou attempt to bring the ball into touch.
This saw another try by Gurias Five-Eight Wesley Batari followed with Boas successfully converting the two conversions bringing the score to 22-0.
Through only defense throughout the first and second half time the Gulf Isou exhausted to sustain a strong defense line.
Ase Boas scored his first try in the 20th minute of the first strong followed by Gurias left winger Chris Benjamin and forward prop Himson Ulalom followed by 2 put of 3 successful conversions by try Scorer Chris Benjamin. The Gurias dominated the remaining minutes until the final minutes into full time.
The Gurias took the win through dominant defense and attack, wining with 38-0 restricting the Gulf Isou to remain idle on the score board.
