SIONE Kami Memorial Church (RSKMC) will host a first of its kind, “King’s Daughters Conference 2021” this week, aimed at informing, equipping and inspiring women through the Word of God and testimony so that they live purposeful and victorious lives.
The inaugural conference will be held from 6:00pm to 8.30pm nightly from Thursday August 26th to Saturday August 28th, with a morning session planned for “Equipping the Believer” workshops for the adult participants and a “Girl Empowerment Program” in the afternoon for school-aged girls (13 year-olds to 18 year-olds) on Saturday August 28th.
Acting Senior Minister Rev. Lologa Gerega said the conference’s theme is “Made for Honour: Power and Purpose of Woman” and is expected to be an enlightening, enriching and empowering program for believers who are seeking God to know their value and discover their purpose.”
Speakers include the United Church in Papua New Guinea Urban Region Bishop Rev. Jacob Harry who will speak on the topic; “Turning King’s Daughters into king makers” and Planetshakers Port Moresby Campus Pastor Thomas Hola who will speak on the topic: “Understanding your identity and value as a woman”; with a focus on the youth.
A highlight of the program are panel discussions which will be held each night on topics including “Overcoming Your Past to Step into Your Destiny”, “Hook up & Shack up Culture Breaking Destinies” and “Turning King’s Daughters into King Makers”.
Conference fees are; K100 workers | K50 Non-workers | K25 Students, with registration extended to COB on Wednesday August 25th.
